IRELAND
. . Castle ..Hooray!
. The dream empowers me, the bike and I are joined! We spin through turns
and rise over hills like a bubble in a stream, tunneling through overhanging
trees, wind and sun at my back. A second-wind, a flood of endorphins kicks
in. I'm strong, surely will ride over a hundred miles today. An enchanting
fairy-tale castle looms like a great apparition above the treetops, with
turreted towers, moat, and drawbridge. Irish can't afford living in such
costly digs. The gateman tells me a wealthy Philadelphia family rented
it for two weeks.
