Motley Men Campout 2004 . . Nine Motley Men attended our annual five-day trek to the wilderness, a hearty adventure for me. In these photos I try to capture the flavor of a place which is rarely visited. The valley was created 3 million years ago, then carved by a glacier 15000 years ago. It is about 80 miles from Yosemite Valley. I come nearly every year, and it's becoming more of a challenge for me, physically. Click on the first thumbnail and you can go right thru these pages.
