PeaceWalk1989 ...... . . . R I become close friends with this Dmitri during the march. The following year, he comes California, visits several of the marchers, and stays with me for nearly a week. On his first visit to a US supermarket he gasped in pidgin English: "So much!!!" In this photo, Dmitri is painting another marcher (left), while I paint him (right).
